Prior to Register Financial, Gil served as a Municipal Securities Principal of GMA Partners and was responsible for all municipal bond trading. Previously, he was an executive with W.E. Stephens, Inc., a large multinational textile corporation located in Nashville, Tennessee. His responsibilities included sales, marketing, production and manufacturing management, both domestically and for the company’s international operations located in the Dominican Republic and Mexico. Gil received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Tennessee, School of Law and is a former member of the State Bar of Tennessee. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Vanderbilt University where he majored in Business Administration and Political Science. Gil is also a Registered Options Principal.
